- A deposit of 50% is to be paid to secure your place

- Should numbers exceed the spaces available, we reserve the right to let you know and offer an alternative course date

- Should these not be reached, you will be informed and given an alternative date or offered a refund
- The remainder of payment needs to be made on or before the first day of training
- No cash in hand payments are accepted. Kindly settle via an EFT, via the website payment option or a cash deposit at a bank
- Kindly note, Sugar & Spice Nanny Training takes photos of students for our website and Facebook pages
- Sugar & Spice cannot be held liable for any accidents or incidents relating to or from our training material
- Students partake in the various course at their own risk. Sugar & Spice Nanny Training nor the venues and facilitators / independent contractors may not be held accountable for any damages, loss or injury
- Should a student not be able to attend a training day, we will endeavour to accommodate them with a make-up lesson
- Any cancellations are to be communicated via email or WhatsApp and will be handled on a discretionary basis
- Students need to attend all classes, do their homework, participate in class, and have course fees paid in full before certificates are handed out
- All Sugar & Spice Nanny training material and intellectual property cannot be replicated or used in any other capacity other than by the company
